Custom packages based on your planning timeline and the scale of your event to make the wedding planning journey as easy, breezy, beautiful as it can be!
Included in all wedding packages:
Personalized Timelines - not only do your vendors get a detailed timeline for the whole day, both sides of the bridal party and any VIPs get timelines specifically for each group.
Wedding Day Management - you, your mom, or your bridal party won't have to answer every question from every vendor
Vendor Communication - when everyone is working from the same game plan, weddings are just better.
Rehearsal Coordination - a day before rehearsal is included in your package. Whether on-site or off-site, rehearsals are great for making sure your bridal party and immediate family know where to be, when to be, and to answer any questions related to the wedding day!
Emergency Kit - if I've needed it at a previous event, it's in the kit. We provide the little things, so you don't have to worry about all of the "what if...?"
Facilitation of Ceremony and Reception set up - completed decor and personal items set out by our team the way you've envisioned, instead of your family and friends having to work the morning of and doing their best to bring your dreams to life.
One assistant included - for weddings with large set up and tear down requirements and/or larger than 150 guests, additional assistants are added to aid in the best experience possible!
